The Origin
At six years old, Zee Tawasha dismantled his grandfather's Rolex watch. Not out of mischief — out of an insatiable need to understand how things worked from the inside out. He got into trouble. But the curiosity never stopped.
That moment set the trajectory for everything that followed. While others accepted the world as it was, Tawasha was already asking what it could become — and more importantly, how to build it.
The Mind
Tawasha possesses a rare ability: he sees complex systems fully formed before a single wire is connected, a circuit is drawn, or a line of code is written. Hardware, software, networks — he does not separate them. He sees the whole system at once, then builds the parts.
If he can visualize it, he can build it — mechanically, digitally, or architecturally. That capability has been the engine behind every invention, every platform, and every company he has created.
The Career
Tawasha entered the wireless and electronics industry in the early 1990s — at its very inception — and never left the leading edge. He grew from hands-on installer and award-winning technician to business owner, national industry figure, and enterprise technology founder across three decades of continuous innovation.
He built and operated 30 mobile phone stores across California, Arizona, and Nevada — not as a franchisee following a playbook, but as an operator building systems from the ground up. He partnered with the world's largest wireless distributors, drove product sales growth of up to 125% through strategic campaigns, and was regularly sought out by industry giants including AT&T to solve specific client challenges that others could not.
In 2006, CNET and Reuters featured Tawasha in a national story on voice recognition technology — describing him as an authority who was already pushing the boundaries of mobile productivity while the rest of the industry was still figuring out the basics. He developed and taught the first public BlackBerry data training class ever offered — before most businesses understood what mobile data even meant.
In 2012, he founded XtreamData — a full-service enterprise technology company built on the same principle that has guided him since the beginning: build it right, build it to last, and build it before anyone else thinks to ask for it.
The Pattern
Every major technology trend of the past 30 years has a Tawasha fingerprint somewhere in its prehistory. Computer in a car in 1997 — before the industry.
